You def need to have this looked at by a vet bc this could be ringworm...and it will spread and is also contagious to humans. In dogs, ringworm usually does *not* look like a ring...rather it looks similar to your picture. Hair loss can permanent, so get in asap! Could also be a staph intermedius (pyoderma) infection.
