My Momo has swollen salivary glands too, we got it fine needle aspirated & biopsied....same thing, came back as salivary tissue. I think it also showed up after his 1st dental cleaning. That was when he was 2 or 3. He's 6 years old now, going on 7 later this year in Dec & still has swollen salivary glands on both sides. It bothers me but it doesn't seem to bother him. He eats & drinks fine. Vets (I saw 3 different vets for this) do not seem concerned @ all!

The vets all felt for his other lymph nodes & they were all normal, so they assured me that nothing is wrong, but I can't still help but worry! Want to know why it's the way it is...
