I always recommend having a good phone relationship with your doctor. I'd call them and see if they suggest coming in. It was hard for me to tell from the picture, but I think the tail should be a couple of inches at least at that age, although there is no set length, it's based on the structure of the dog. How long is it? I've read something about them pulling the tail down over the anus and between the legs somewhere and crop and that point, but I can't remember exactly where. A couple of the old time breeders here, use to talk about it.
