It could be just an irritation of the area that will clear up soon, or it could be something that may need to be seen by a vet, it's hard to say. I would put one of the following on the area: diaper rash cream, hydrocortisone cream, or hemorrhoid cream...it may clear it right up and will give some relief in the meantime. If it still looks bad on Monday, I'd get her in to the vet.
