Question Ms Wiggles Vet visit today

I took Ms Wiggles to the Vet today and so far they said there's nothing to worry about. They said the gland swelling is not Cancer and no infection showed up in the tests. I'm beginning to wonder about this Vet. I take her to Banfield in Santa Rosa, Ca Anyone had experience with Banfield?
