Buster is the same way HIGHLY treated motivated. He will sit but as soon as I start moving the treat to him he will get out of sit position to get the treat. We started doing the stay starting off with a short time and then extending the time but that said he does not hold the sit/stay for long. If we put the treat in front of him and say leave it he will wait but that command took us a while because initially he would dive for the treat as soon as we put it down. I think I am going to have another session with a trainer so I can be trained LOL.
