Oh poop! Is there a way you can talk w/them to ask them not to do that? That would annoy me to no end...

Didn't get a sign yet...it didn't happen again, so we'll see. But I do see dog s**t on our walks, some people don't pick up after their dogs, big, med & small! Grrr
