They should make it for little girls! If I was little girl, I would be in tutus all the time.
The guy ringing it up was so funny! He kept lifting it up in front of him, like he was confused & asked, 'Is this for little girls or little dogs?' hahaha! All the girl cashiers chimed 'it's for dogs!' Then he said, 'what a world we live in'.
