I tried some freeze dried raw last night and he was less than thrilled and would not eat it today. he has never like the freeze dried texture as I tried Stella & Chewy's years ago. I tried adding water and still he backed way this morning. He has started laying by his bowls and just looking at them. Canine Caviar has a lamb kibble but with all the controvery surrounding them I am not sure. I may end up going the homemade way. It's sad because he absolutely loves his Amicus kibble. Funny he is not scratching in the last week since I stopped giving his Salmon treats but he is still getting the kibble. Of course I rea on Dr Foster's & Smith that the blood test may not be reliable for food allergies as it can have false positives that the skin testis the best indicator for food allergies. |
