Teddy is an absolutely adorable Yorkie, and looks very much like many many Yorkies that members here have that are on the lighter side.
My Tiki's coloring is on the lighter side too, and in her first year her head almost looked white at time. It is now a creamy blonde, and the hair on her back darkened slightly around 2 years old and became more silky.
So the color and even the texture will evolve over 2 years. You might have hoped for a pup with deeper colors, more gold on head and legs, but the lighter ones are beautiful as well. He definitely has the Yorkie look to me, especially with that cute face and perky ears. |
