The eyes were probably enhanced in the first pic, made to look bigger. The dog may have grown a little bit though

So ridiculous & I just realized that Betty's Teacups is in Canada, so the new USDA law (about imported pups having to be fully vaccinated & 6 months old) does not apply to her! I'm confused -- why wouldn't the new US import law apply to breeder/broker in Canada?
