I'm not exactly sure what that means but if it means no shots that is absolutely not smart because any pup can die of parvo and add the fact we are talking about a tiny puppy it's even riskier. It's not smart and I would move on to the next. Holistic stuff is great for some but when we are talking puppy shots and one year boosters it's not ok. A good breeder in my opinion would not, not get there pups there puppy shots.
