She probably doesn't like being alone. Try taking her to bed with you. She most likely just wants to be near you. Where does she sleep currently? Some members here have the crate or xpen in their room if they don't want them actually on the bed.
My ZoE cried for the first couple of nights and I was getting up multiple times to quiet her down. By the third night (she was exactly 6 weeks & 3 days old), I was absolutely exhausted and took her to bed to cuddle with me for a bit. She's been there ever since.
