Great article. This particular skunk didn't fit the description of any "healthy" skunk, but fit every description of a sick skunk. I don't know if you can tell by this pic below, just how sickly it does look.

This is highly unlikely. This type of pet would be prohibited here unless you possess a special certificate which is rare. The majority of my neighbors are retired too. Not impossible it's a pet, but extremely unlikely.

As of right now, I don't know if AC ever found the skunk. My neighbor who had one in his garage, said this is not the same one. His is a baby or smaller. So my friends, I think we have a family. There is a large dirt pile left over from a house construction in an empty lot behind my house. I am betting there is a den dug into that dirt pile. I will alert AC of this and see if the city can come out and level that dirt. It really concerns me, because kids play on that dirt often.
