Has anyone started their 2015 Home To Do list? I know from this thread I am not the only person who has an ongoing home improvement list. My 2015 Home Goals are
1. Paint the entire first floor, not sure what color I want yet but I do know it will be one color or shades of the same color. I am thinking I want to go with a nice buttery white, almost pale yellow and then do my crown and base boards in a darker color.
2. New rugs for every room downstairs (lets hope Sophie Kate does not confuse them with a pee pad now)
3. New lighting in all the bathrooms, I have no clue what I want yet but I so need new lighting.
4. I really want Hurricane Shutters for all the downstairs windows, they have to be white due to HOA rules. |
You have a lot to do too....I'm always disappointed when I pick out a pant color so I now gogle "popular B.M. paint colors" to see what others are using. This has worked out well for me.
My biggest "to do" projects is painting my dated 90's kitchen oak cabinets. I'm doing a lot of research before I start but I have to say I'm a little spooked to do it. If it comes out nice I'll post pictures.
