Keep in mind that some dogs, when they are not raised around other dogs, get very jealous and are protective of their owner and they don't bond with other dogs. Yorkies have a wide range of personalities. Some of very active, some are couch potatoes, some love other dogs and people and some don't. I have had yorkies that would get along great in the beginning and they later started fighting when they get jealous or try to establish dominance. |
Thanks it makes sense and I won't make that mistake again. As far as the dominance issue I was thinking alot about that and in fact just read another post about her dog attacking the older one to establish dominance I'm a bit scared of that
