I think Patti is right, she got stunned.
I would stay with her, and if you see any
changes take her in to be seen. I'm sure she's going
to be ok. Poncho did that when he was around 6 months,
I took him in, and they told me he was fine, he just got
scared & missed a step. He was fine the rest of the day.
