My 2lb yorkie got parvo at 15 months and she had all her shots. The vet said they can still get it even if they have had their shots. They usually get a milder case. My tiny 15 month old lived. The older they are the better the odds and 18 months is on the older side for parvo. Usually it is seen in puppies from 6-20 weeks. Good luck
