Parvo is definately deadly and easily spread. In my years as a vet tech we saw many pups with Parvo....it sounds hopeful since you got her to the vet before most of the usual symptoms were there....hydration is a big factor. I hope things turn out well for your fur baby! It was a big plus you were quick to take her and ask them to do the Parvo test....without the symptoms they may have sent you home with her and she could have gotten sicker! Make sure your friends know that they should not have any dogs or pups in their home....Parvo hangs around in surfaces and yards for a long time. Be sure you ask what you should use to sanitize your own yard and home!
