I agree. Everything is so new for them and they are learning how to interact. Your Yorkie still has 8 weeks of learning socialization from mom and litter mates if you wait the full recommended 12 weeks. It really helps them be secure in their position within a pack and to learn proper behavior in play. But definitely speak with the breeder as they should be observant and aware of each dog's personality.
