Reputable breeders keep there puppies until 12 weeks she does not and reputable breeders don't just give breeding rights if you are willing to pay a little extra because they work so hard for there lines they will not just give them to anyone. I also noticed she said her dogs are also CKC registered if that is the Canadian Kennel Club that's fine but if it's the Continintal kennel club that is a useless registry that will register anything even a table. Personaly I would not buy from this breeder.
