And if you like pipe, my dd is making these 3 shelves to go above her toilet in her bathroom. She picked up a piece of reclaimed wood (pine I believe) that was very rugged, weathered, beaten etc., had her dad cut it to length, and just stained over the top of what was already there. Then she got the pipe pieces to fit her board. It'll look amazing. I think the instructions call for 3/4" pipe x 10" but that's pretty big so she used 1/2" pipe x 6" or 8" I can't remember but it's easy to customize them to size you want. I am considering copying her. (She's just waiting on her BF to help her put them up. I included a pic. The board she used has splits, nail holes, and large chunks missing. I hope they hold up. LOL)
