Most allergy dogs are on a fish oil bc omega oils help support the skin and decrease inflammation in general. I like Ark Naturals Royal Coat bc it already has the needed Vit E in it - I get it on Amazon.
For food, I'd suggest at least a lower carb / higher protein type food or the one that 107barney suggested above. Just keep in mind that if her allergies are enviro, food isn't going to change that result much at all.
For baths, you may want to use Duoxo - this is the one most Vet Derms sell; you can get it on Amazon for about 1/4 the cost that the vets charge.
