I have never allowed my mommas with their babies, interacting with other females , and especially the breeding males, ie the father of the puppies. Other females and other males can easily kill the babies....when the babies are 14 weeks old, they are allowed to begin to socialize with other dogs, one at a time and always carefully supervised. There are breeders that have no issue putting all the babies together and mixing them up with other females and males.....I choose not to take that risk. I have kept several puppies, and allowing them to "socialize" with the other dogs after age 14 weeks, has not caused any issues for the puppies, the other females/males, or the momma of the puppies. Your babies will do just fine integrating with the group, if you keep them separated until they are weaned and not under mommas very strict, protective guidance.
