HAHA I understand about how they think they own the street. Zoey, my other yorkie barks at every dog in the neighborhood and does not know when to stop. She'll even continue to bark once the dog is gone. Once she's out of the neighborhood she's like a completely different dog. She rarely bats an eye at other dogs outside of the neighborhood.
