A lot of little dogs who I have heard of getting ACL tears it's because of LP. Mine had a partial ACL tear and grade 3 LP four years ago so we did the surgery to fix the ACL and the LP at the same. Then several months ago she was showing pain with her other back leg so we had to do LP surgery on it.
