My vet did not feel it was needed yet but we are kind of watching her. She does not appear to be in any pain. He told me not to let her swim anymore as that could worsen the problem as she her back legs are not working correctly in the water. So far we are just using the joint supplement and exercise to help her. She will not walk on my pergo flooring because she slips and it is a mental thing as if she does not think about it she will walk on the floor but as soon as she remembers or there is a lot of floor to go she will kind of freeze up. So we have rugs everywhere so she will walk through the house.
