Hi and welcome to YT. It can be a challenge to find a good Vet who is familiar with the issues that might arise for small dogs. Perhaps you could look at the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America and ask breeders or if you have a chapter located in your area and ask them who they use. The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America
