I found that if we slice it and weigh out the slices we could manage our waistlines but I think it would have been so easy to tear out hunks of fresh bread and butter it and not worry about the consequences until later had we not done the above!


You can make wholewheat and oat bread and all sorts of breads other than standard white and those types of breads are really good for you. And, if you're like me and hate beating bread for rolls, they do a good job of mixing and rising the dough for you so all you then have to do is transfer dough to the oven if rolls are your thing....


They are nice to have around!
