Default potty training

I am outside training my Starsky. He is pretty good with the poopie. I can tell when he has to go. But as far as peeing I can't tell. He just goes while he walks and then stops for 3 seconds and he is on his merry way like he didn't do anything. I take him out several times a day and he will go every time but he stills goes in the house. I know he is only 10 weeks old so I can except his peeing in the house because he is still learning, but how do I train him to either go on the pads or how can It be more noticable when he has to pee? I don't even know he went until I pick him up and his pee pee is wet. So then I search for the spot. We start puppy training classes on May 1st and they said they will cover this in there also. I just am at a lost on what to do next? Thanks for any advice!!
