No! Don't give her any unprescribed medication before her vaccination or for probably a day or two after. If she has a reaction, the vet can tell you what to look for and what to do, tho it's probably unlikely anything will happen.
She'll probably be sleepy and want to rest for the rest of the day (that's what mine does anyway). If it upsets her tummy, gives her diarrhea, then feed her some plain canned pumpkin to clear her up. Other than that, just love on her and give her a comfy/quiet place to rest if she wants to.
