not sure if this is true but a retired vet that lives on my street says it's just not natural to a dog to go inside on a paper so some do not all take to it at all. I also know that after having 5 yorkies the ones that went outside vs inside had far fewer accidents than those that used a paper. My last guy had access to his pad 24/7 yet he would still occasionally go on throw rugs. This made it hard to bring him to friends and families homes, most did not want pee pads in their living room, plus even if I brought the pad I could not trust him. |
