The dog is still running around the neighborhood so tomorrow i will call the shelter and let them know of the attack. I plan on making the owners pay for the vet bills as well. Annabelle is not doing well, ahe is very lethargic and she seems to be in pain. I will be taking her back to the vet in the morning. IF wemake it that long. I have 1 1/2 acres and I back up to the woods. This dog lives the equivalence of 10 houses in a regular neighborhood. It definitly could have been prevented. Evidently the lady knew there was a problem with the dog staying in its yard before she left. I really do not like irresponsible people. Not only is Belles life in danger now so are the puppies
