Too funny! I've been using his dry kibble as rewards for Dex and he hasn't figured out yet there might be better stuff out there. (Shhhh don't tell!) We've been working on 'sit' and 'down' with him and yesterday the grandkids were over. So the 9 year old was having a blast getting him to sit and then fetch his toy. She was rewarding mainly with 'good boy, Dex' and the odd kibble treat. After a bit we realised the little smartie was running to his food dish every time he was told 'good boy'. He was food rewarding HIMSELF!
