agree with Jeanie explain in detail the health issues that will happen in the future if she continues feeding your dog and also explain to her that she will be paying the bills that will pile up along with that. Maybe that will scare her enough. I hope she stops as I would be freaking out!! Sometimes it doesn't take a small breed years and years of eating bad stuff. Wishing you the best in this situation.
