Yep, Debbie Ray is also a great breeder, but her price ranges are usually $1500 and up so it might be out of OP's price range, but she is still a good breeder.
Carroll Hale from Formosa Yorkies (formosayorkies.com) is also a good breeder.
I think Debbie, Carroll, and Karen are all located around Eugene, OR area and I think they're about 2 hrs from Portland.
