If you bought him from a pet store you need to get a vet check ASAP. I have heard a lot of puppies coming from pet stores normally are sick with at the least kennel cough. Many pet stores will give there puppies stuff to mask this until some one buys them. Pet store puppies come from puppy mills and are exposed to a lot so he could be sick, he could have just gotten car sick, or he could have something very serious. You also need to make sure he is not experiencing hypoglycemia because if he is he could start to have seizures which could end up leading to death. Do you know what the shot was? He could also be having a reaction to that as well. Is he responsive?
