Please PM me if you need assistance w/sizing. To get an idea, my boys are 11-12" chest w/8" back/length. Most of these shirts fit them on the chest but is too long (or short) for them. I will include the bottom length, which is the neck to the belly, for the boys. My boys can only wear shirts w/6" bottom, otherwise they'll soil it when they go pee. So for example, if your boy has a 10" length, a shirt w/a bottom of up to 8" will be ok, it's about 2" shorter on the bottom.
