She could just be marking the yard and it's normal for a still-young dog who has been doing well with housetraining to regress as they begin to think independently, their world enlarges and they are aware of so many more things going on in life besides just the need to eat, sleep, play and eliminate; and they before they transfer that early training from the intense concentration of when and where they should potty as overseen constantly by you and the housebreaking training starts to become rote-type behavior permanently so ingrained in their brain and muscle memory that they just hold it and then go when and where they are trained to without thinking.

I'd probably call my vet and ask what other signs to look for to indicate a possible UTI and just ask if he should see her.
