The only clipper set with those blades are the pet trimming kit that comes in a set. I personally have not tried them so I can't tell you how the clippers are. Usually, the clipper in a kit has lower motor power, esp if it's inexpensive. There's mixed reviews on amazon, some people say it doesn't cut, some say it gets too hot, some love it!
If you're seriously going to groom @ home, I recommend investing in a good clipper & buy the blades individually or in a set. The new clipper comes w/a #10 blade, so all you need to do is purchase one for the body. Either a #4F or #5F if your guy is silky haired or #5F or #7F for thick soft cottony hair.
Oh & I don't know of any that are cordless...
