 Teeth extractions
My 10 year old Yorkist had 27 teeth pulled today. I have had her 3 years as a rescue from a puppy mill. I had a vet clean her teeth a year and a half ago and he just said Yorkies have issues with teeth. When I took her back he said she needed her teeth cleaned again. Now I am seeing a different vet who said she needed 13 pulled. I don't think this happened overnight. Today she ended up pulling 27 and said they had to be careful not to fracture her jaw they were so bad. I feel like a horrible owner. Has this happened to others?: |
