Default New with special needs

I have a very special 7yr old yorkie I adopted in May.He came from a puppy mill and had so much tooth decay the vet removed what was left of his teeth and his lower jaw.As soon as I adopted him from the rescue I was told he had a very mild cough and was on theophylline. At vets office after X-rays and blood work I was told he has pulmonary edema, collapsing trachea and an enlarged heart.Finn is currently taking Salix, heart med,and a cough suppressant.(all liquids)Any helpful ideas on feeding are appreciated. He has been on meds for two months now and feeling better but two days ago started getting a rash on back.Only new thing started was Advantix last week because I saw a flea.Vet thinks ringworm and started on anti fungal.Any help is greatly appreciated.
