I'll start off by saying I'm not an expert however, I do agree with the others that something else may be going on with your little one. When I got Remy he was 4 months old and he was 1lb 6 oz so he was little too. As we all know, potty training seems to take a little longer with certain dogs. Remy's breeder had started him with the potty pads too but in the beginning he was hit or miss with the pads. More so, peeing 1/2 on the pad and 1/2 off. Can I ask how much does she weigh now? Do you use a command like "Go Potty" when you put her on the pads so she can eventually link the two together? Do you keep the pads in the same spot at all times? I have a pad in my family room and in my office. Remy is strictly pad trained and I made a mistake the other day by forgetting to put down a replacement pad in my office where there is always one and he peed right on the floor where the pad should have been. They are such a creature of habit. I hope nothing is wrong with Tink and that she is just taking a little longer to be potty trained.
