Default 8 month old walks and pees?

My precious little Tink... She is a doll and a lovebug. This potty training has me on my knees begging GOD to help me! Seriously. I bought her from a breeder who had already started her on potty pads. She is very tiny. I got her from the breeder when she was 4 1/2 months old and she was only a pound. She is healthy, eats well. But she will pee right next to her pee pad, sometimes on it, on the floor, on the carpet, on the couch if that is where she gets the urge. And now, the last couple weeks, she will be walking and leave a trail of urine!!! Could this be a sign of a bladder problem?

I grab her as soon as I see her starting to urinate or poop and put her on the potty pad, but it hasn't helped at all. And now, I am thinking I never should have listened to the breeder when she said she was too small to potty outside. She said the winter months would be impossible and it would just confuse her. Now I am confused and so flustered. And poor Tink, I am sure she is too.

I need advice from the experts here. Please.
