What you're looking for may prove to be a tough thing. The reason why is that a good breeder...one who truly cares about bettering this breed and breeding for the betterment of breed...would be extremely reticent about approving others to breed, most especially those w/out experience. A good breeder will want to PROTECT this breed from even more indiscriminate breeding...which is not a bad thing, as I'm sure you understand.
My best advice to you is to find a good breeder -- I mean someone who is really, really good - and ask if they will mentor you prior to you breeding.
