It is the breeder we are mostly upset at. She is is not a good breeder and bad breeders tick a lot of us off. I do think it's your responsibility to help keep this from napping again whether you take the pup or not she needs to be turned in for breaking the law and that has nothing to do even with you or the pup you are taking but the future pups she will do this with if she can get away with it, the pups that could die because of this please think of them. I also think sense she will be busy you really should ask her if the mom can come stay with you for a few weeks it would be so good for your pup.
