A reputable breeder is not going to give you breeding rights they work way to hard for them to do that. If you truly want to breed you need to get to know a reputable breeder and watch many of there whelps and learn as much as you can from them and then maybe they will trust you with one of there's to breed. If you are wanting to breed it is your responsibility to make sure your doing EVERYTHING you can to to insure you are bringing healthy puppies in the world this means the dogs coming from great lines which does mean earning a reputable breeders trust and knowing the lines several dogs back not just two to make sure nothing runs in there lines, there is also health testing that needs to be done and this is not the kind that can just be done by your regular vet and you will need to keep them until 12 weeks. Then you also have to be prepared to take care of the pups if the mom rejects them which means you have to do EVERYTHING she does including feeding them every 2 hours, keeping them warm, cleaning then and stimulating them to potty. You should not breed a female under 5 pounds ever. This is also not a way to make money, reputable breeders rarely break even. You also may pick out a great female pup but when she matures she may not be to the Yorkshire terrier standard and may not be breeding quality. If you just want a pet you don't need breeding rights.
