I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope that everyone takes heed to what has happened. Coyotes are everywhere...even Florida. A 6 foot fence will not deter them...they scale them easily. The best we can do is be out with out furkids when they go to potty...even during the day. I have a 100' x 100' fenced in yard and have seen a coyote maybe four times in over 20 years living here and will not let Bentley out without supervision.
I hope this message gets around as there are many people who don't realize this can happen in a blink of an eye. Would be a blessing to keep one more dog safe.
