I would recommend a vet visit about the ears to see if it is leather ear or needs treatment.
I and several friends found that Freshpet roasted chicken adds weight FAST to dogs even when that isn't the goal
Dogs love it, it's healthy and it's easy to find. You have to use an open bag in a week in refrigerator but I freeze half of it and it freezes just fine. I cut the pieces in half for my little girl but it's not too inconvenient.
