great food though I wasn't sure about the whole too much protein debate either. Ali had issues with the food at first, now at 9 months she is fine. I give her Acana which is made by same company but not quite as high in protein content. In the pm I give her Freshpet roasted chicken which has some veggies and grains in it. Trying to cover all my bases here
Just remember tiny bit at a time to change her over. I used it just as a treat first then started adding to food. good luck!
